🎉 Booking Confirmation (a.k.a. Locking in the Fun!)
Save the Date: To secure your party spot, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Pay to Play: The remaining balance needs to be squared away at least 7 days before the big day.
Availability Magic: All bookings depend on availability and final thumbs up from KidWonder.

Change of Plans?
Cancel within 30 days of your event? Sorry, no refunds—womp womp.
Need to reschedule more than 14 days before the party? No problem, but there’s a $300 rescheduling fee(gotta keep the calendar fair!).
Less than 14 days before the event? No rescheduling allowed—so make sure your date is locked and loaded!

📝 Waivers (a.k.a. Permission to Party!)
Don’t forget! All party guests must sign a waiver before joining the fun. No waiver = no jumping, flipping, or ninja-ing. We don’t make the rules... oh wait, we do. 😜
Setup Time:
You can arrive up to 30 minutes before your party to deck out the space with your fabulous decorations or arrange any tasty treats. Get creative—just remember, no glitter explosions, please!
🎉 Party Duration:
Your party package is either 2 or 3 hours long, depending on what you booked.
👉 Pro Tip: The time listed in your confirmation email includes both setup and cleanup, so when you send out invites, make sure they’re for the main event (the 2 or 3-hour party time).
🧹 Cleanup Time:
Leave enough time at the end to gather your party treasures and any personal decorations. Our team will handle the basic cleanup, but we kindly ask that you take down all your special touches before your booking ends.

Here’s how the fun breaks down:
Option 1:
70 minutes of gym time (run, jump, and play!)
20 minutes structured games or activities with KidWonder party host!
30 minutes in the private room for food and cake (yum!)
🍰 Just a Heads Up:
After the cake is devoured and the food crumbs are cleared, the gym becomes a no-go zone! We don’t want any bellyaches from jumping on full tummies or frosting-fingerprints on our shiny equipment. Thanks for keeping the fun (and the mess) where it belongs! 🎉
